First of all, the sausages are lean and nice. The meat (pork) is rich and juicy and filled with flavor. Even though it’s labeled as mild it still has a bit of heat to it, but it’s black pepper heat. It’s the best sweet authentic Filipino sausage you can have on the island. And it’d be great to use for whatever meal, breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack. Great value for money, a must-try!
